Rutland Youth Theatre cited for excellence
The Rutland Recreation and Park Department was selected to receive the National Dorothy Mullen Arts and Humanities Award by the National Recreation and Park Association. The association will present the award publicly at a special reception at the NRPA Congress and Exposition in California, Oct. 17.
