Mt. Holly Between Oct. 9 and Oct. 29, members of the Vermont State Police in Rutland placed a Decatur Electronics Radar highway safety speed cart on the Belmont Road in Mt. Holly.
On Oct. 29, members of Vermont State Police arrived to move the speed cart and found it had been vandalized by unknown subject(s).
Members of the Vermont State Police, Rutland barracks are presently investigating the unlawful mischief to the cart.
