Brandon — Glenn Garvey, 23, of Brandon, was caught three hours after he allegeldy escaped from St. Johnsbury Prison. Garvey is in jail for multiple convictions.
Garvey was captured with another man, Nathan Jones, of Washington, Feb. 9.
The Essex County Sheriff’s Department and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency used a helicopter to locate the escaped prisoners.
