Killington — On Feb. 11, at approximately 1:48 p.m., a member of the Vermont State Police stopped 23 year old Timothy Finch of Auburn, N.H., on Killington Road in Killington. Finch was stopped for failure to stop properly at a posted stop sign, failure to signal a turn, speeding, and weaving on the roadway.
During the traffic stop it was found that Finch had been consuming alcohol prior to driving. Finch was observed to be impaired.
He was subsequently arrested, processed at the Rutland Barracks and released with a citation to appear at a later date and time in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division.
