Rutland — On Feb. 11, a Vermont State Police trooper located Brian G. Coyle of Rutland operating a motor vehicle on State Street in the City of Rutland. A check at the scene found that Coyle's privilege to operate a motor vehicle has been criminally suspended in Vermont after being convicted of DUI. Coyle was subsequently taken into custody, processed at the Rutland barracks, and released with a citation to appear at a later date and time, in Rutland.
