Hotel, speedway team up for discounts, events

Rutland — The Holiday Inn Rutland/Killington located in Rutland, and Devil’s Bowl Speedway in nearby West Haven, have announced a partnership for the 2012 stock car racing season.

The Holiday Inn Rutland/Killington is the official hotel of Devil’s Bowl Speedway, a NASCAR Whelen All-American Series track.

The hotel will host various functions in 2012 including a season-ending awards banquet.

In addition, visiting fans and racers will enjoy a discounted room rate by mentioning Devil’s Bowl Speedway.
