— Visitors to Rutland are enjoying an explosion of colorful fiberglass “heARTS”—created by 30 Rutland County arists—along downtown sidewalks and at other places around the area.

The community art project, called heARTS of Rutland!, celebrates local people and pride in the region’s heritage and potential.

The heART shown in the accompanying photograph, depicted as it is, plastered with images of local postcards, is located near Tattersalls Clothing Emporium along Merchants Row.
