Chester — Marji Graf of the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce reports an uptick in new business opening in Windsor County. Despite the economy, business owners are taking risks. Last week, Graff welcomed Dennis and Stephanie Kopacz of Sculpted Physiques to Chester.
Dennis is an "Elite Trainer" certified by the International Sports Sciences Association. He provides one-on-one personal training sessions which include conditioning, strength training, power lifting, body building and nutritional planning.
